📚 Your Responsibilities

✔️ Plan and deliver individualized lessons tailored to the needs of students with SEND in KS1 or KS2.
✔️ Create a supportive and engaging learning environment that fosters independence and confidence.
✔️ Collaborate with SEND specialists and support staff to ensure effective provision for all students.
✔️ Monitor and assess students' progress using personalized learning plans and observations.
✔️ Communicate regularly with parents and guardians, providing updates on their child's development and progress.
✔️ Participate in school meetings, professional development, and training related to SEND.

✅ What We’re Looking For

🔹 QTS (or equivalent) and a relevant degree in Education or SEND.
🔹 Experience working with students with SEND, ideally within a primary school setting.
🔹 Strong understanding of inclusive teaching practices and SEND provisions.
