What You’ll Do

• Develop and deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences tailored to the needs and interests of EYFS children.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and discovery.
• Monitor and assess children’s progress, providing feedback and support to promote their development.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Participate in planning and implementing school-wide initiatives that enhance the EYFS curriculum.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous professional development and improvement.

What We’re Looking For

• A Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience working in an EYFS setting, with a passion for early childhood education.
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and assessment practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire young children.
• A commitment to fostering an inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
• A collaborative approach to teaching and a willingness to work as part of a team.
