We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Business Teacher to join our thriving school in Birmingham. You will inspire students across KS4 and KS5, helping them develop their skills, knowledge, and a passion for business studies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging Business lessons across KS4 and KS5.
• Develop a dynamic curriculum that prepares students for GCSEs and A-Levels.
• Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages independent learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the success of the Business department.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A degree in Business, Economics, or a related subject.
• A teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
• Proven experience teaching Business at KS4 and KS5.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
