Responsibilities

• Teach DT across KS3, KS4, and KS5, integrating innovative and sustainable design techniques
• Guide students through GCSE and A-Level coursework, ensuring they develop a critical design approach
• Encourage students to explore smart materials, digital manufacturing, and creative problem-solving
• Work collaboratively to enhance and develop the DT curriculum
• Support extracurricular activities such as STEM fairs, engineering challenges, and technical workshops

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in Design & Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• PGCE or QTS
• Experience teaching DT up to KS5
