Job Title: Business Teacher

Candidate Profile:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Proven experience teaching Business Studies at Key Stage 4 and ideally Key Stage 5 (e.g., BTEC, A-Level).
• A passion for Business and a commitment to student success.
• Excellent classroom management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.

The Role: The appointed Business Teacher will be expected to:

• Deliver engaging and challenging Business lessons.
• Differentiate instruction to meet individual student needs.
• Assess and track student progress.
• Maintain accurate records.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues.
• Contribute to curriculum development.
• Communicate with parents/guardians.
• Adhere to all safeguarding policies.
