Your Role
As our new ECT, you'll:
✨ Plan and deliver exciting lessons that will spark curiosity and creativity in your students.
✨ Create a classroom atmosphere that’s warm, inclusive, and full of energy where children can grow, learn, and thrive!
✨ Track student progress, giving feedback that empowers and encourages students to do their best.
✨ Foster a love for learning and help children develop the skills they need to succeed both now and in the future.
✨ Collaborate with a fantastic team of teachers and support staff who are always there to share ideas and best practices.
✨ Communicate with parents to celebrate progress and ensure that everyone is on the same page when it comes to supporting the children’s development.
✨ Grow and develop through amazing CPD opportunities and support tailored specifically to you!
What We’re Looking For
We want someone who:
💫 Has a Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
💫 Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
💫 Has a passion for teaching in EYFS, KS1, or KS2 and loves helping children discover their full potential.
💫 Understands the National Curriculum and knows how to make lessons fun and engaging.
💫 Is a great communicator with the ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
💫 Has a positive, adaptable, and proactive approach to teaching.
💫 Is committed to continuous professional development and wants to grow with us in a supportive environment.
