UKS2 Teacher - Inclusive Primary School in Newham

We are seeking a motivated and passionate UKS2 Teacher to join a dynamic primary school in Newham, starting after the February half term 2025. Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging and challenging lessons for UKS2 students, following the National Curriculum.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and setting clear targets for improvement.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment where all students feel motivated to learn.
• Work closely with colleagues to deliver the curriculum effectively, sharing ideas and collaborating to improve teaching practices.
• Build strong relationships with parents and guardians, regularly updating them on student progress and addressing any concerns.
• Contribute to staff meetings, professional development, and school events as required.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Previous experience teaching in UKS2 (Upper Key Stage 2).
• A strong understanding of the National Curriculum and effective assessment methods.
• Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to motivate and challenge students.
• A passionate, student-focused teacher who is dedicated to supporting students' academic and personal development.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to the wider school community.
