Job Title: Psychology Teacher

The Role in a Nutshell:

• Teach Psychology at Key Stage 4 and, crucially, Key Stage 5 (A-Level Psychology).
• Create engaging and challenging lessons.
• Differentiate instruction for all learners.
• Assess student progress and provide feedback.
• Maintain accurate records.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues.
• Contribute to curriculum development.
• Communicate with parents/guardians.
• Uphold all safeguarding policies.

Essential Qualities:

• QTS: Qualified Teacher Status (or equivalent).
• Experience: Proven ability to teach Psychology at KS4 and KS5.
• Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for Psychology and a commitment to student success.
• Skills: Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Development: A dedication to continuous professional growth.
