Key Responsibilities: The Business Teacher will

• Deliver engaging and challenging Business lessons across Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5 (e.g., GCSE Business, BTEC Business, A-Level Business).
• Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners.
• Assess student progress and provide regular feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of student attainment.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Contribute to the development of the Business curriculum.
• Communicate with parents/guardians.
• Uphold all school safeguarding policies.

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Or equivalent.
• Experience: Proven ability to teach Business Studies at KS4 and KS5.
• Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for Business and a commitment to student success.
• Skills: Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Development: A dedication to continuous professional growth.
