Independent Recruiter (US Market Expansion) - 100% Remote

We are looking for an Independent Recruiter based in Canada to support our rapid growth in the United States. Your main mission will be to identify, engage, and pre-qualify top freelance talent across the US market, particularly for roles in Sales - Full remote ! Your Responsibilities: Active sourcing: Identify and attract freelance profiles specialized in Customer Experience and Sales (Sales, Tele-sales, Customer Support, etc.) within the US and Canadian markets. CV screening: Review and filter incoming applications efficiently while maintaining high quality standards. Pre-selection interviews: Conduct phone or video interviews to assess both technical skills and soft skills of candidates. Reporting: Track your activities and regularly deliver qualified shortlists of candidates.
