Do you speak German and love helping travellers? We're offering a fully remote travel support role assisting German-speaking customers of one of Europe's leading online travel and accommodation platforms. Requirements Native or fluent German speaker (C1/C2 level); good English proficiency required Passion for travel and knowledge of the online travel industry Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a structured, target-driven environment Holder of an EU passport or valid work permit for Greece Responsibilities Assist German-speaking customers with bookings, cancellations, and travel-related queries Resolve issues with payments, reservations, and partner properties Communicate proactively with customers during travel disruptions Coordinate with accommodation partners and internal teams on complex cases Maintain customer satisfaction through efficient and empathetic service What we offer Salary: €1,300 – €1,400 gross/month Performance bonus depending on project Comprehensive onboarding and product training from day one Career development and growth opportunities in a multicultural international team Turn your passion for travel and customer service into a career.
