Lead to prepare test plans Identify non functional & support for NFR strategy Drive system integration testing UAT document preparation and UAT demo Follow Agile process On-time delivery Follow the hierarchy when there is need of any escalation Person Specifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field or BSc equivalent qualification 01+ year(s) experience in Software Quality Assurance Good understanding on basic QA practice Knowledge in testing concept and model Knowledge in Test Management tools (Jira/HPQC) Hands on experience in manual testing Basic knowledge of OOP concept Analytical, problem-solving, teamwork and communication skills Understanding on Scrum and Agile practices Vendor submissions - 06 months
