Content Analyst (Danish)

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a Danish -speaking Content Analyst for their office in Lisbon. Position: Content Analyst Location: Lisbon, Portugal Employment type: Full-time Remuneration: Base salary DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Review and process tickets related to map data submitted by internal teams and users • Validate and update location data including names, categories, addresses, geocodes, and business hours • Identify missing, outdated, or incorrect information and apply necessary corrections • Conduct web research and use internal tools to ensure data accuracy and consistency • Maintain high-quality standards by following internal guidelines and processes • Ensure consistency of data across multiple markets and datasets • Test new tools, workflows, and procedures and provide structured feedback. REQUIREMENTS: Native/Fluent in Danish , both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to analyze data and provide structured outputs Good written and verbal communication skills Proactive and team-oriented mindset Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and workflows Strong organizational and time management skills.
