Role Overview This role is focused on driving business growth by identifying and developing new commercial opportunities, while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients. You will play a key role in revenue generation and market expansion. Key Responsibilities Generate new business opportunities to support company revenue growth; Identify and approach potential clients in target markets; Manage incoming leads directly or in collaboration with local partners; Deliver sales presentations to prospective customers; Prepare and present commercial proposals, including project specifications; Maintain regular follow-up with existing clients, providing guidance and support; Travel regularly as required to support business development activities. Skills & Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior sales or business development role; Knowledge of telecommunications solutions is considered an advantage; Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets; Strong written and verbal communication skills; Self-driven, ambitious, and able to work independently with a results-oriented mindset; Strong relationship-building skills and ability to develop a solid professional network; Adaptable and innovative approach to sales; Fluent in English; knowledge of German is a plus; Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field is considered advantageous.
