HR Executive

Company Background We are representing our client, a leading company in the F&B industry. As they continue to expand, they are looking for a Human Resources Executive to join their team based in Eco Santuari, Rimbayu . Job Responsibilities: Manage full recruitment process, onboarding, and offboarding. Process monthly payroll and resolve payroll queries. Prepare HR letters and manage employee records. Drive employee engagement and support HR projects (performance, L&D). Handle HRDF claims and training fund utilization. Ensure compliance with HR policies and Malaysian labor laws. Manage disciplinary actions, grievances, and counselling. Oversee insurance, license renewals, and government liaising. Support office administration and outlet coordination. Job Requirements: At least 3 years of related working experiences. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Resourceful and pleasant personality. Knowledge of SQL Financial Accounting & SQL Payroll software is a plus point.
