Executive Assistant to Managing Director – Fast-Track Your Corporate Career Location: Bandar Sunway, Subang Jaya (Near BRT & Sunway College) Salary: RM 2,800 – RM 3,500 Level: Fresh Graduates Welcome Eligibility: Malaysian Citizens Only Key Responsibilities Executive Coordination Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements Ensure daily schedules run smoothly and efficiently Strategic Communication Draft professional emails, reports, and presentations Act as liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders Administrative & Operational Support Maintain structured document and filing systems Assist with reporting, documentation, and executive task tracking Requirements We are seeking Malaysian candidates with strong communication skills and high professional integrity.
