Customer Support Specialist (German-speaking)

Full-time | Remote | Fixed-term contract (8 months) | Relocation support | Immediate start An international customer experience provider is looking for a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist to support one of the world's leading online travel agencies. In this role, you will assist customers with travel-related inquiries, including reservations, payments, and complaints, while delivering a high-quality service experience in both German and English. Working Schedule Rotating shifts, Monday to Friday (occasional weekends); Working hours between 08:00 and 00:00; Salary & Benefits Base salary: 1,300 € gross/month; Productivity bonus: up to 10% of gross salary; Meal allowance: up to 100 € / month (Edenred Ticket Restaurant); Relocation support provided; Paid 3-week training (in English); Employment Conditions Fixed-term contract (8 months); Fully remote work model; Paid training period; Work during public holidays may be required; Requirements Native or C1-level German; English B2+ or higher; Strong written communication skills; Good PC skills (Windows, troubleshooting, shortcuts); Ability to multitask and manage multiple systems; Previous experience in customer support or hospitality is a plus; Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat; Assist with reservations, cancellations, and modifications; Support payment issues, refunds, and complaints resolution; Provide assistance with account-related and review inquiries; Deliver accurate information about services and properties; Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication; Interested?
