Customer Master Data Specialist | Shared Services (Competitive Pay!)

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Onsite - Dayshift Location: BGC, Taguig Industry: Shared Services | FMCG Key Responsibilities: Create, update, and maintain customer master data in relevant systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness. Review and validate master data change requests, confirming required approvals are in place and escalating incomplete or incorrect submissions. Ensure data governance standards, internal controls, and compliance with audit, legal, and regulatory requirements are consistently met. Utilize SAP and other tools to manage master data effectively and support efficient service delivery. Collaborate with global and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve data issues and support continuous improvement initiatives in data management processes. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field. Strong understanding of data management and financial processes. Experience in master data management, preferably customer data. Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks accurately.
