Travel Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Long Term Care (LTC) Humansville, Missouri Contract Duration: Feb 16, 2026 – May 18, 2026 (13 Weeks) Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,365.91 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8 Hour Day Shifts (Flexible Timing) Position Overview Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a Travel Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a Long Term Care (LTC) setting in Humansville, MO. This role focuses on evaluating and treating patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders , while delivering evidence-based therapy and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Facility Information Facility: Tide Health Group – Big Spring Location: Humansville, MO Setting: Long Term Care (LTC) / Rehab Schedule: Monday–Friday (Flexible 8-hour shifts) Contract Length: 13 Weeks Key Responsibilities Conduct speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide therapy for: Speech & communication disorders Cognitive impairments Dysphagia (swallowing disorders) Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly Educate patients, families, and caregivers Maintain accurate documentation in EMR Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams Supervise CFY candidates or students (if applicable) Clinical Highlights Long Term Care / Rehab setting Adult patient population No call, no weekends (unless holiday adjustment) Flexible schedule (consistent hours required) Required Qualifications Active Missouri SLP License CCC-SLP Certification (ASHA required) Minimum 1 year of SLP experience LTC or Rehab experience Preferred Qualifications Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Strong dysphagia management skills Experience supervising students or CFY Compliance Notes Must submit at posted rate (no negotiation) Minimum 1 reference required at submission New grads accepted ONLY with strong Level II clinical experience Why Consider This Assignment Strong pay package Stable weekday schedule Flexible daily hours Great LTC experience opportunity Suitable for both experienced and newer SLPs Ideal Candidate Profile Experience in LTC / SNF / Rehab settings Strong in speech + swallowing therapy (dysphagia) Comfortable working independently
