Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient Lakeport, California Contract Duration: May 4, 2026 – Aug 3, 2026 (13 Weeks) Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,616.89 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (5x8s) Position Overview Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for an Outpatient setting at Sutter Health Lakeside Hospital . This role focuses on delivering individualized therapy programs to patients in an outpatient environment, helping restore mobility, function, and quality of life.
