This role focuses on working with children in an outpatient setting, helping improve communication, speech, and developmental skills. Facility Information Facility: Carris Health Rice Rehabilitation Center Location: Willmar, MN Setting: Pediatric Outpatient Schedule: Mon–Thu: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Fri: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM Clinical Responsibilities Evaluate and treat pediatric speech & language disorders Work with: Developmental delays Communication disorders Feeding/swallow issues (if applicable) Develop and implement plan of care (POC) Educate families and caregivers Maintain clinical documentation Clinical Highlights Pediatric-focused caseload Outpatient setting (structured workflow) Guaranteed hours (even if canceled) Great for pediatric-focused SLPs Requirements MN SLP License (in hand) Minimum 1 year experience Pediatric experience preferred Willing to meet strict compliance timelines Compliance Requirements (VERY IMPORTANT) Fingerprinting IN PERSON in MN before start (mandatory) Labs within 48 hours of signing RTO: Max 7 days, none in first 2 weeks Must live >25 miles from facility Why Consider This Assignment Good pay for pediatric role Structured outpatient schedule Guaranteed pay protection Strong pediatric experience
