Per Diem Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient La Place, Louisiana Contract Duration: 13 Weeks (April 6, 2026 – July 6, 2026) weekly Rate: $2179/week (Per Diem) Schedule: Day Shift | 1x8 Hour (8:00 AM – 3:30 PM) Position Overview Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a Per Diem Physical Therapist (PT) for an outpatient therapy setting in La Place, LA. This role involves providing patient-centered rehabilitation services, focusing on improving mobility, function, and overall quality of life. The therapist will evaluate patients, implement treatment plans, and work closely with a multidisciplinary care team.
