Support Engineer

We are looking for Support Engineers to ensure the reliability and performance of deployed systems, providing fast and effective support to our clients. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support to clients (remote and on-site); Troubleshoot and resolve system issues; Maintain support SLAs and response times; Document issues and solutions; Provide feedback to Engineering for continuous improvement. Requirements Background in engineering or technical field; Experience with UAV systems, electronics, or software (preferred); Strong problem-solving skills; Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities. Success Metrics Response time; Resolution time; Reduction of recurring issues.
