Revenue Operations

We are looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to bring predictability to revenue, improve forecasting accuracy, and ensure strong financial coordination with the Sales team. Key Responsibilities Track and manage sales pipeline and revenue forecasts; Work closely with Sales to improve forecast accuracy; Monitor contracts, invoicing, and payment collection; Identify delays and revenue leakage; Build dashboards for pipeline, conversion, and cash flow; Support pricing and deal structuring. Requirements 3–6 years experience in finance, consulting, or similar roles; Strong analytical and data-driven mindset; Experience working with Sales teams; Advanced Excel and/or BI tools. Success Metrics Forecast accuracy; Days Sales Outstanding (DSO); Revenue vs quarterly targets; Conversion rates.
