Customer Care Specialist (Dutch Speaker) – Madrid, Spain with Relocation Package

About the Role We are looking for motivated Dutch-speaking Customer Care Specialists to join a dynamic international team in Madrid. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing high-quality support and ensuring a smooth customer experience. Key Responsibilities Provide customer support via phone, email, and/or chat in Dutch Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and product-related questions Deliver accurate information and solutions in a timely manner Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all interactions Handle customer complaints and find effective resolutions Collaborate with team members and other departments when needed Ensure customer satisfaction and meet performance targets What You Get Contract Permanent contract from day one 35 hours per week (with option to increase up to 40 hours) Salary Base salary: €1,500/month Dutch language bonus: €4/hour Performance bonus: up to €3/hour Average total: €1,850 – €2,100/month Relocation Package Flight (or train if already in Spain) 25 days of accommodation on arrival €1,500 relocation bonus: €1,000 with first salary €500 with second salary Work Schedule Rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night) 4–5 working days per week + 2–3 days off Schedules shared in advance Option to swap shifts with teammates Perks & Benefits Gym access across Madrid Meal vouchers: approximately €40/month (€2.5 per working day) Private health insurance (after 6 months) Regular team events & social activities Real career growth opportunities (supervisor, trainer, manager, etc.) Requirements Fluent Dutch (spoken and written) Good command of English Strong communication and problem-solving skills Customer-oriented mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work rotating shifts Why Join Us?
