IE Engineer

Key Responsibilities: Analyze current production processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities. Develop and maintain work standards, conduct time studies, and implement line balancing and manpower planning. Deploy and sustain Lean Manufacturing tools such as 5S, Kaizen, SMED, and Value Stream Mapping (VSM). Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by preparing process flow, production layout, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Engineering) to resolve production issues and improve process stability. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and lead continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Design and optimize workstation layouts to ensure safety, ergonomics, and operational efficiency. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing, or process improvement roles. Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. Solid analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of engineering tools such as AutoCAD is a plus. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
