Head of Operations

HRSI is looking for Head of Operations for one of its leading client in Pakistan Key Responsibilities Operational Strategy Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company objectives Translate business goals into actionable plans and processes Process Optimization Analyze and improve internal processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness Establish KPIs and performance metrics to monitor success Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and manage operations teams Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability and results Budget & Resource Management Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation Ensure optimal utilization of company resources Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with departments such as finance, HR, and sales Ensure smooth coordination between teams Risk & Compliance Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements Performance Monitoring Track operational performance and report to senior leadership Drive continuous improvement initiatives Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred) 2+ years or more experience in operations or related roles
