Chief Marketing Officer

Its mission: empower people everywhere to use crypto as a path to financial independence. We're searching for a Chief Marketing Officer who can shape the brand's global story and turn it into growth. You'll own the marketing vision, craft campaigns that resonate across cultures, and partner with product and business teams to keep the company ahead in a fast-moving market. What You'll Do Set the Strategy Build and drive a global marketing plan that aligns with business priorities and core values Define the brand's positioning and ensure a consistent voice at every touchpoint Own the marketing budget, directing spend where it delivers the greatest return Amplify Brand & Community Boost the company's visibility in the crypto and blockchain space across key audience segments Forge relationships with influencers, key opinion leaders, and media to strengthen trust and reach Grow vibrant communities on multiple platforms, adapting messaging to local markets while keeping the brand identity intact Own Creative & Video Lead the creation of standout visual assets—graphics, videos, animations, and multimedia that bring the brand to life Partner with in-house creatives and external agencies to produce campaign materials, social content, and educational resources Use video—tutorials, product demos, user stories—to engage both newcomers and seasoned traders Tap emerging visual trends and tools to make the brand's story memorable Accelerate Digital & Content Growth Drive performance channels (SEO, display ads, etc.) to attract new users and deepen engagement Steer content strategy—articles, social posts, educational guides—that educates and excites the audience Leverage analytics to track acquisition, retention, and engagement, and refine tactics in real time Enable Product & Market Expansion Collaborate with product teams to launch and promote new features, trading pairs, and initiatives Identify new markets and lead localization efforts to drive adoption Monitor competitors and industry trends to keep the company ahead Lead & Inspire the Team Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and results Set clear, measurable goals that tie directly to business outcomes What You'll Bring 5+ years in senior marketing leadership, including at least 2 years in crypto or financial trading Proven success scaling user growth and brand presence across global markets Experience leading and growing international teams Deep expertise in digital marketing, content strategy, and community building within tech/crypto Data-savvy mindset with hands-on experience in analytics tools Solid knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain, and the regulatory landscape (a plus) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
