Position: Vendor Management Associate Type: Contract Compensation: $20–$30/hour Location: United States Role Responsibilities Maintain and update the global Supplier Master System with minimal oversight. Ensure accuracy in supplier tax, contact, banking, and payment details. Review and approve supplier onboarding requests. Ensure compliance with internal controls and documented processes. Execute supplier profile changes and modifications. Manage critical data such as tax IDs, bank accounts, and legal names. Perform thorough validations of supplier information. Prevent duplicate or defective records. Manage communication with suppliers globally. Obtain required documentation, resolve discrepancies, and support onboarding. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and tooling partners. Improve and automate Procure-to-Pay workflows. Qualifications Must-Have Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Experience with database management and data validation. Effective communication skills in English. Familiarity with Procure-to-Pay processes and vendor management. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. Preferred Experience in Vendor/Supplier Management, Procurement, Risk Management, Accounts Payable, or Audit. Work Authorization Applicants must be located in the United States.
