Production Engineer

Key Responsibilities: Lead manufacturing system improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, product quality, and cost optimization. Develop and execute process and system roadmaps, including automation, digitalization, and compliance frameworks. Conduct comprehensive process and capability assessments to define long-term production strategies and system architecture. Ensure full compliance with ISO standards, safety regulations, and internal quality systems. Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, and EHS teams to ensure manufacturability and alignment of production systems. Drive continuous improvement programs using Lean, Six Sigma, and other operational excellence methodologies. Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and risks, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis for equipment and process-related issues on the production floor. Develop and deliver training programs for production staff on new processes, tools, and compliance standards. Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to track progress and support decision-making. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within manufacturing environments. Strong knowledge of manufacturing systems, automation, and compliance standards (ISO, Lean, Six Sigma). Experience in electronics manufacturing or high-volume production is highly preferred. Good command of English (mandatory); Mandarin is a plus. Strong analytical thinking with a data-driven mindset. Proven problem-solving and project management skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in cross-functional or global environments. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
