Operation Specialist

Job Description Preparation and checking of all documents to ensure all information provided by clients are accurate and have met the processes and procedures of various government agencies. Act as a liaison in obtaining documentation related to various government agencies, e.g., BIR, SEC, DTI, Courts, and other Local Government Units (LGUs). Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and colleagues. Responsible for proper maintenance of regular documentations, monitoring and completing each processes and proper reporting. Provides administrative support to various departments by collecting and coordinating internal compliance data. Qualifications and Key Competencies: Graduate of any 4-year course preferably in Legal Management, Humanities/Liberal Arts, Political Science or equivalent Proficient in basic office computer applications and software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.) Organized, proactive, and results-oriented Flexible - can work under pressure and within a limited or short timeframe Satisfactory written and verbal communication skills Ability to work productively with minimal supervision and meet deadlines Attentive to details Handles suggestions, corrections, rejections positively High degree of confidentiality Work Setup: Full Onsite, Monday to Saturday, half-day schedule during Saturdays (8:00 AM – 12:00 NN) Schedule: Day shift Location: BGC, Taguig City By applying, you give consent to collect, store, and/or process personal and/or sensitive information for recruitment and employment, may it be internal to Cobden & Carter International and/or to its clients.
