Job Description Manage civil personal injury litigation matters from active case development through resolution. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation-related documents. Conduct legal research and develop case strategy. Handle depositions, court appearances, hearings, mediations, and negotiations as needed. Work closely with clients, experts, and internal team members to move matters forward efficiently. Evaluate liability, damages, and case value to support strong litigation outcomes. Prepare files for trial and assist with trial strategy and presentation. Maintain high-quality client communication and provide thoughtful case guidance throughout the litigation process. Qualifications Active California bar admission. 2+ years of civil personal injury litigation experience. Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills. Experience handling discovery, motion practice, depositions, and court appearances. Ability to manage a litigation caseload with appropriate supervision and sound judgment.
