Senior Salesforce Developer/Lead - New York, NY

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer/Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Salesforce development (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Triggers) and a proven ability to lead, coach, and deliver scalable, secure solutions that handle large data volumes. This is a 6 Months, contract to hire role. On-site 5 days a week. Responsibilities: Designs and implements creative Salesforce solutions, including technical troubleshooting and optimization for large datasets. Develops secure, high-quality production code in Apex and LWC, and reviews and debugs code written by others. Identifies and automates remediation of recurring issues to improve operational stability of applications and systems. Leads evaluations with vendors and internal teams to assess architectural designs, technical fit, and integration within existing systems. Drives communities of practice to promote awareness and adoption of new engineering practices and technologies. Models and contributes to a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect. Required Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Triggers. Proven experience optimizing and managing large data volumes and platform performance. Strong leadership with the ability to coach engineers and lead technical discussions. Clear communication and executive presence with the ability to explain how solutions work at detail level. BA degree. Preferred Skills: Financial services industry experience. Experience with cloud-native applications. APIs and web services integration experience. Java experience. Jira, Bitbucket, and source control systems.
