Procurement Associate (High-SKU | JIT Environment) King of Prussia, PA (On-Site) | Full-Time $100,000 Base + Up to $65,000 Bonus (OTE $165,000) Our client is hiring a Procurement Associate to support a high-volume, fast-moving technology supply chain with thousands of SKUs and strict Just-In-Time (JIT) fulfillment requirements. This is a hands-on, on-site role for someone who thrives in complex vendor environments, understands inventory velocity, and knows how to keep product flowing without excess stock. What You'll Do Manage procurement across a large SKU catalog in a JIT-driven environment Own supplier relationships across domestic and global vendors Forecast demand and align purchasing with sales and deployment schedules Monitor inventory turns, stock levels, and replenishment timing Track vendor performance, pricing trends, and delivery SLAs Support large-volume buys and negotiate supplier terms Improve procurement workflows, automation, and reporting Partner closely with Sales, Operations, and Finance to ensure supply continuity Support and mentor junior sourcing team members What Were Looking For 4+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain Proven experience managing high SKU counts and JIT inventory models Background in technology, telecom, hardware, or device-based supply chains Strong ERP experience and comfort working with data and forecasts Highly organized, execution-focused, and process-driven Comfortable working on-site in a fast-paced environment Nice to Have (Not Required): Mobile devices, telecom, or managed services experience Marketplace or vendor ecosystem exposure Why Join OTE $165K with strong performance upside Direct ownership over a critical supply chain function Opportunity to build scalable procurement systems High-impact role in a growing technology company Clear growth path as operations scale
