Director of Product & Engineering - Platforms & Delivery (Onsite, EST Time Zone, Lahore, Remittance Salary)

Requirements: 10+ years of experience in product, engineering, or platform leadership roles within enterprise or SaaS environments. Proven track record of owning and delivering complex platforms with measurable business impact. Strong understanding of software architecture, SDLC, secure development practices, and product lifecycle management. Demonstrated ability to translate executive priorities into clear, structured, and executable plans. Experience leading and scaling cross-functional teams of engineers, analysts, and delivery resources. Strong organizational assessment skills, with the ability to optimize team structures, workflows, and prioritization. Execution-driven mindset with the ability to deliver results without unnecessary bureaucracy. Experience working in or building for regulated environments (e.g., healthcare, fintech, cybersecurity) is a strong plus. Proven ability to balance internal operational needs with long-term product commercialization goals. Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership. Strong communication skills with executive presence and clarity in decision-making. Responsibilities: Own and drive product strategy, roadmaps, and end-to-end delivery across multiple internal and commercial platforms. Translate executive and business priorities into clear, sequenced execution plans with defined outcomes. Lead and coordinate a team of engineers, analysts, and delivery professionals to ensure high-quality, predictable execution. Establish strong delivery cadence, quality standards, and release discipline while avoiding unnecessary process overhead. Assess current team structures, capabilities, and workflows; implement improvements to drive efficiency, clarity, and accountability. Build a high-performance culture with clear ownership, decision-making, and accountability across teams. Collaborate closely with AI & Data Science, Technology & Infrastructure, Security & Compliance, and business teams (Revenue, Finance, Operations). Ensure all platforms are secure, compliant, scalable, and aligned with both operational and commercial objectives. Drive readiness of internal platforms for external commercialization, including go-to-market alignment and implementation models. Contribute to building long-term software assets and an intellectual property portfolio. Operate as a highly visible leader with direct impact on revenue, operational efficiency, and platform success. Improve delivery predictability, reduce rework and project churn, and ensure timely releases. Position at least one platform for successful commercialization and market readiness.
