CNC Process Engineer – Machining & Manufacturing About the Role: We are seeking an experienced CNC Process Engineer to optimize manufacturing processes, tooling, and machinery for maximum efficiency. You will work with Fuji and Mori Seiki vertical and horizontal machining centers, ensuring production readiness, part quality, and process improvement. Key Responsibilities: Optimize machining processes and tooling to improve throughput, OEE, and scrap performance Program, modify, and validate CNC programs on lathes and milling machines Collaborate with Quality Control for first-piece inspections and statistical process control Develop and maintain manufacturing policies, procedures, and guidelines Troubleshoot design, manufacturability, and build sequence issues Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience 5+ years of hands-on manufacturing and CNC programming experience (lathes & milling) Proficiency in AutoCAD or Mastercam for tool path development Knowledge of GD&T, CMM systems, machining fixtures (pneumatic/hydraulic), and tooling Familiarity with Zoller tool preset systems, carbide inserts, and tool holders Strong understanding of CNC machining equipment (various types and manufacturers) Why Join Us: Work with state-of-the-art machining centers, improve manufacturing efficiency, and be part of a team focused on precision and quality.
