Executive Assistant to a Financial Services Founder

We're hiring an Executive Assistant for a high-performance Financial Services founder — a fast-moving, high-trust role for someone who runs toward ownership, not away from it. This is not a book meetings and reply to emails role. You'll own the Founder's inbox and calendar, manage complex multi-stakeholder coordination, represent her professionally to senior clients and partners, and keep critical projects on track — often without being asked. What you'll do: Own the Founder's inbox end-to-end — triage, respond on her behalf, draft correspondence in her voice Manage a complex, multi-timezone calendar with proactive prioritisation and preparation Serve as the first point of contact for senior clients, advisors, and partners Track open projects, chase actions, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks Handle confidential client and financial information with absolute discretion Leverage AI tools daily to improve communication speed, research quality, and workflow efficiency You're a strong fit if you: Have 3+ years of EA experience supporting a C-suite or founder in a high-performance environment Have owned an executive's inbox independently — not just monitored it Come from financial services, professional services, consulting, or a similarly high-stakes industry Are actively using AI tools in your work today and can describe exactly how Write with precision, clarity, and the ability to represent someone else's voice Are available and reliable during US Eastern or Central business hours Operate with discretion as a default, not a reminder This role is not for you if: You wait to be told what to do before acting AI tools are something you've heard of but haven't integrated into your workflow You're looking for a role with clear, predictable tasks and minimal ambiguity How to apply: Apply through Seamless Assist.
