About the Role We are seeking an experienced Associate Electrical Engineer to join a well-established multidisciplinary team based in Bournemouth. This is a senior-level opportunity to lead project strategy, oversee technical delivery, and manage key client relationships across a range of complex building services projects along the South Coast. You will play a central role in shaping project outcomes, driving engineering excellence, and supporting business growth. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership for electrical engineering design across major projects Lead client engagement , including briefings, design development, and technical decision-making Oversee multidisciplinary coordination to deliver integrated engineering solutions Manage project resources, workload distribution, and risk to ensure successful delivery Ensure technical quality, compliance, and accuracy across all project stages Support commercial performance , including fee planning and forecasting Mentor and develop engineers, contributing to a high-performing team culture About You Extensive experience delivering electrical engineering solutions across complex building sectors Strong proficiency in Revit, BIM, Dialux, Relux , and modern engineering tools Proven consultancy background with client-facing leadership experience Strong commercial awareness, including experience supporting project financial performance Ability to lead teams, set standards, and contribute to office growth and development Why Join?
