Marketing Analyst (DO - 03052025 - FTMAEC)

Tasks required Analyze customer purchase behavior across platforms like Klaviyo, Meta (Facebook), Google Analytics, and Shopify. Provide insights into customer segmentation, identifying key demographics, purchasing patterns, and customer lifetime value. Work with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns based on customer insights. Create detailed reports and dashboards that present customer trends, purchasing habits, and engagement metrics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing strategies with data-driven recommendations. Measure and track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and customer engagement efforts. Use customer data to support retention and loyalty strategies. Ensure accuracy and consistency in data across all marketing platforms. Other tasks as assigned Requirements : Proven work experience as a Data Analyst or a relevant role is required Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Strong experience with marketing analytics tools (Klaviyo, Meta, Google Analytics, Shopify, Amazon, Hubspot, Triple Whale, Lifetimely) Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, Google Sheets, Excel, Tableau, etc.) Familiar with Pay Per Click Strong ability to identify trends and patterns in customer data. Experience in customer segmentation and marketing analytics. Four key attributes are needed: high intelligence, problem-solving/initiative, dependability, and ability to access and navigate relevant APIs. Excellent communication skills to translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
