Key Responsibilities Act as a client-facing representative, building strong relationships and identifying future opportunities. Lead multi-disciplinary projects, coordinating all engineering inputs and ensuring successful delivery. Define project briefs, manage workloads, and take ownership of project outcomes and profitability. Mentor and support junior engineers, contributing to skills growth and team development. Review work produced by team members and ensure high-quality output at all stages. Assist with bid preparation and promote the wider capabilities of the business. Monitor expenditure, risk, and resources across projects. About You Proven experience as a Mechanical Engineer delivering complex building services projects. Strong understanding of HVAC and mechanical systems , with proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD . Confident communicator, experienced in multidisciplinary team
