Estimator (RR - 03032026 - PTE)

Tasks required: Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for projects Perform measurements and quantity take-offs using drawings and specifications Assist in preparing initial estimates for project certificates Develop cost breakdowns and pricing schedules Coordinate closely with the lead estimator/manager Ensure all estimates are completed in metric measurements (non-negotiable) Maintain organized documentation of estimates and revisions Deliver work that requires review/editing only not major corrections Requirements : Minimum 8–10 years of experience in construction estimating Strong background in: Prestige residential projects Custom-built homes Small to medium commercial projects Industrial sheds Apartments and townhouses Retail developments Experience in custom/prestige builds (not project home estimating) Ideal Candidate Profile Approximately 10 years of industry experience Self-starting and highly independent Requires minimal supervision Produces work at a level that only requires review and refinement Strong sense of accountability and ownership Comfortable working behind the scenes in a support capacity
