Technical / Automation Specialist (JD - 030526 - PTTAS)

Position: Technical / Automation Specialist Number of hours: 7 hrs/week Schedule: TBD Key Responsibilities Lead technical implementation of automation and system solutions Design, build, and maintain automation workflows across business processes Develop and manage cloud-based infrastructure (AWS / Azure) Implement AI-powered tools to improve operational efficiency Write and maintain scripts using Python and/or PowerShell Ensure systems follow cybersecurity best practices and risk mitigation standards Monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and optimize workflows Integrate third-party tools, APIs, and cloud services Maintain proper documentation for automation processes and technical architecture Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals Core Technical Non-Negotiables Strong AI & automation literacy Cloud proficiency (AWS and/or Azure) Cybersecurity mindset and understanding of security best practices Proficiency in Python and/or PowerShell scripting Advanced automation skills across systems and workflows Familiar with LangChain, n8n, and Machine Learning Qualifications Proven experience in automation, cloud systems, or technical implementation roles Experience deploying and managing cloud infrastructure Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently on technical projects Strong documentation and communication skills
