Marketing Specialist

Position: Marketing Specialist Number of hours: 40 hrs/week Schedule: TBD Tasks required: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products/services and drive customer acquisition and retention. Create compelling landing pages that effectively communicate our value proposition and encourage conversions. Drive traffic to landing pages through various channels, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media, and email marketing. Job Description Conduct email outreach campaigns to engage with potential customers and nurture leads through the sales funnel. Gather stakeholder information for small to medium-sized businesses to better understand their needs, preferences, and pain points. Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to align marketing efforts with business goals. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and incorporate them into our strategies. Qualifications: Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages and engage with stakeholders effectively. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on creating landing pages, driving traffic, and conducting email outreach. Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms. Experience working with small to medium-sized businesses is a plus.
