CRM Specialist (GD - 12042025 - FTCRMS)

Position: CRM Specialist Number of hours: 40 hours/week Schedule: UK Timezone Tasks required: Manage and maintain the company’s CRM system (preferably Zoho CRM or equivalent). Design, build, and optimize automated workflows and data pipelines within the CRM. Configure and customize CRM modules, fields, dashboards, and reports to meet business needs. Integrate external tools and platforms using APIs and third-party connectors (e.g., Zapier, Make, or native integrations). Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to improve CRM usage and adoption. Ensure CRM data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with internal policies. Identify and implement process improvements for better client and team experience. Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing system support. Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field. 2+ years of experience working with CRM platforms (Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.). Proven experience in API integration and workflow automation . Solid understanding of data structures, mapping, and system connectivity . Experience supporting sales, marketing, or customer success functions through CRM enhancements. Experience managing CRM reporting , dashboards, and data analytics. Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
