Website/Mobile App Developer

Position: Website/Mobile App Developer Number of hours: 40 hours/week Schedule: US Central Time Tasks required: Design, develop, and maintain website and mobile applications ensuring strong optimization and functionality Code and deploy applications in a cross-platform, cross-browser environment Build innovative, state-of-the-art applications and collaborate with the User Experience (UX) team Document the development process, architecture, and standard components Work closely with marketing and design teams to define feature specifications and build the next generation of products leveraging frameworks such as React or Angular Maintain and improve the functionality of existing software, websites, and apps Implement test-driven development methods, supporting end-to-end testing Other ad hoc tasks that would be assigned Requirements: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 3+ years of experience in web and mobile app development Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and at least one modern JavaScript framework such as Angular, React, or Vue.js Experience with iOS and Android development is a plus Knowledge of backend programming languages such as Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java, PHP, or .Net Excellent understanding of responsive design for mobile, tablet, and desktop browsers Strong problem solving, debugging, and performance tuning skills Ability to work well in a team setting and independently manage tasks and deadlines Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
