We are recruiting on behalf of our client , a leading hospitality group in Malta, seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to lead a premium gastro pub concept in St Julian’s . This is a standout opportunity for a chef specialising in elevated English gastro pub cuisine , with a strong focus on refined comfort food, seasonal ingredients, and exceptional Sunday roast service. The Role As Head Chef, you will take full ownership of the kitchen, driving both the creative and operational direction of a high-volume, quality-led gastro pub. From crafting modern British classics to delivering outstanding Sunday roasts, you will lead a high-performing brigade and ensure consistency, quality, and innovation across every service.
