We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Community Manager to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for building and engaging a strong global community while representing the brand across key crypto platforms. Position: Community Manager (Crypto / Blockchain) Location: Dubai, UAE (On-site) Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow communities across Telegram, Discord, Twitter (X), Reddit, and other relevant platforms. Engage daily with users, respond to inquiries, and maintain an active brand presence. Moderate discussions and ensure compliance with community guidelines. Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams to communicate updates, campaigns, and announcements. Organize AMAs, community events, contests, and promotions. Monitor community sentiment and provide regular feedback reports. Identify influencers, ambassadors, and partnership opportunities. Track engagement metrics and continuously optimize community growth strategies Requirements: Proven experience as a Community Manager in crypto, blockchain, or fintech. Strong understanding of crypto trading, exchanges, and DeFi ecosystem. Experience managing Telegram and Discord communities (mandatory). Excellent written communication skills in English. Ability to handle high-volume communities and manage sensitive situations. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
