Fullstack Engineer

Our client, a new Silicon Valley based profitable B2C product startup building innovative mobile solutions for the planet, is now looking for a talented and experienced Fullstack Engineer. Its flagship product, a VPN service, is a leading solution downloaded more than 100M times a year, ensuring online privacy and anonymity for users by creating a private network from a public internet connection. Its eSIM brand provides seamless global connectivity for travelers and digital nomads. The company operates fully remotely, with a strong presence in Singapore, Hong Kong, Poland, and Ukraine. About Project: It`s a modern subscription-based VPN service platform serving users across multiple platforms (iOS, Android, Windows, macOS). The web application handles user authentication, subscription management, payment processing, and integrates with various third-party services. The platform supports 15+ languages and serves a global user base. Responsibilities: Build & maintain full-stack features across our Next.js application Develop API endpoints for mobile clients (iOS, Android, Windows, macOS) Integrate payment systems (Recurly, App Store, Google Play) Write clean, type-safe code with TypeScript Implement i18n for new features across 15+ locales Write and maintain E2E tests with Playwright Optimize performance for global users with varying network conditions Collaborate with mobile teams on API contracts and data synchronization Monitor & debug production issues using Datadog and ClickHouse analytics Requirements: 3+ years of experience with React and Node.js/TypeScript Strong experience with Next.js (App Router preferred) Experience with REST API design and implementation Familiarity with payment/subscription systems (Stripe, Recurly, or similar) Experience with SQL databases and analytics tools Understanding of authentication & authorization (JWT, sessions) Good knowledge of CSS/Tailwind for responsive UI development Experience writing automated tests (unit, integration, or E2E) Nice to Have: Experience with GraphQL / Hasura Familiarity with Cloudflare Workers or edge computing Experience with ClickHouse or similar OLAP databases Knowledge of App Store / Google Play in-app purchase flows Experience with SendGrid or other email service providers Familiarity with i18n best practices for global applications Experience with Playwright or similar E2E testing frameworks Why Join: Work on a product used by millions of users worldwide Modern tech stack with the latest versions of React, Next.js, and TypeScript Opportunity to work on cross-platform integrations (web, iOS, Android, desktop) Exposure to payment systems , analytics pipelines , and global infrastructure Collaborative environment with mobile and backend teams
