Hiring Coordinator

Recruitment Management: Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for per diem assignments. 50 interviews a week goal 20 candidates submitted for onboarding each week Coordinate with recruitment agencies, job boards, and other sources to attract qualified healthcare professionals. Build a pipeline of candidates to meet current and future staffing needs. Onboarding and Compliance: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and on time. Verify credentials, licenses, and certifications to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and client requirements. Maintain accurate records of candidate information and credentials. Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling and coordinating shifts for per diem staff. Handle inquiries from candidates and clients regarding assignments, pay, benefits, etc. Support other administrative tasks related to staffing operations as needed. Qualifications and Requirements: Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the healthcare or staffing industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with a staffing platform (Gale or other) is a plus.
