Closing Specialist

Job Title: Closing Specialist (HOA Management) In Office Position | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Hourly starting at $17.00 an hour We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Closing Specialist to support owner-to-owner and builder-to-owner property transfers within our HOA management portfolio. This role is responsible for managing the closing process from contract through final ownership transfer, ensuring all HOA requirements, documentation, and compliance standards are met. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full closing process for HOA-governed properties from contract to ownership transfer Review closing packages to ensure all HOA documents, disclosures, and compliance items are complete and accurate Coordinate with buyers, sellers, builders, title companies, escrow partners, and internal teams Ensure all HOA-related requirements (resale certificates, governing documents, compliance items, fees, etc.) are properly processed Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of all closing requirements Identify and resolve discrepancies or issues prior to closing Maintain accurate and organized records of all transactions within the HOA system Provide clear, professional communication to homeowners, partners, and internal stakeholders Qualifications: Experience in HOA management, real estate closings, title, escrow, or ownership transfer processing Strong understanding of HOA governing documents, resale certificates, and compliance processes preferred Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management or closing systems Benefits Eligible full-time employees may receive a comprehensive benefits package, which can include medical, dental, vision, paid time off, paid holidays, and retirement plan options (including employer match.
